The Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga (HBAGC) today announced the winners of the 2017 Showcase of Homes awards. HBAGC’s Showcase of Homes, which featured 10 builders and 18 different homes, was held October 13-15 and 20-22 and drew an estimated attendance of more than 5,000 over the two weekends.
There were eight different awards in two categories – homes in the $400,000 or more category and homes less than $400,000. A select committee of industry professionals toured each of the 18 homes and scored each home in the different areas. The one Showcase home with the highest overall point total was named “2017 Showcase Home of the Year.”
