COVID-19 is forcing a lot of businesses to adjust and establish a new normal. This is forcing many businesses to get creative to meet the needs of customers/clients.
Needless to say, we understand the seriousness 😷 of COVID 19. We also know people still need homes. To comply with the governor’s “stay at home” mandate, we are no longer doing open houses, however, we can and are scheduling showings with qualified buyers.
We have worked with our partner agents at Coldwell Banker Snow & Wall to ensure they are protecting themselves as well as the customer.
Below are the steps taken to prevent the spread of the virus🤒:
1️⃣ At our office, all door handles are disinfected every two hours. Doors are locked and we are only taking appointments. Meeting surfaces are wiped down prior to and after all appointments. We also utilize a projector and a big screen so we ensure safe distances are maintained. 2️⃣ At our model homes – models are only open to those that have a pre-approval or agent representation. If you need an agent, our 24hr line is 615-890-7053. Our agents will greet you with a distant air high five 👋👋👋 or distant fist bump🤛. They will open the door and turn on all light switches so there is no need to touch anything.
