The Labor Day holiday honors American workers with a day to kick back and relax. During this holiday a lot of Americans like to barbecue. We wanted to share a simple and sweet recipe that you will definitely enjoy – Nachos. Because we live in Nashville we had to give nachos with a twist a try.
For your base you can use any type of chips. We used black corn chips. Overlay back pinto beans over the chips. Use a can of chicken in the can, shred the meat and overlay on top of the beans. Throw several lays of shredded cheese on top and bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Add some Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce and there you have it – Nachos.
